A genuine Made in England piece from the 1980s, produced before the 1999 brand rename from Burberrys to Burberry. It features the classic period label with ‘Burberrys’ REGD and the equestrian knight logo, plus the iconic Nova Check lining.
Originally developed by Thomas Burberry as weather-resistant outerwear for the British military, the trench style became a civilian and Hollywood icon—worn by Humphrey Bogart in films such as Casablanca and by Audrey Hepburn in her signature elegant looks of the 1950s and 1960s.
Shell: 51% cotton / 49% polyester. Lining: classic Nova Check in 50% polyester / 50% cotton. Double-breasted button front, notched collar, and flap pockets.

Delivery & returns
Free UK delivery on orders of £150 or more, and £6.95 below that. Every parcel is tracked and insured. Orders are dispatched within two working days, and delivery usually takes a further two working days.
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you would like to return a piece, and a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the piece is faulty, damaged, or not as we described it.
