How do I hear about new pieces first?
Join the private view, the mailing list at the bottom of every page. It gets first sight of new arrivals.
If I miss a piece, will another one come in?
Not usually. Each piece is one of one, so once it sells it isn't relisted. If you're after something similar, get in touch and Jane can let you know if one comes in.
Is every piece authentic?
Yes. Jane checks every piece before it is listed, looking at hallmark stamps, maker's marks, materials and construction. Pieces over £250 also go through third-party AI-assisted authentication where the service covers that house; where it doesn't, the piece rests on Jane's own expertise. Every purchase comes with a lifetime authenticity guarantee: if a piece is ever shown not to be authentic, you get a full refund.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return a piece, and a further 14 days to send it back. You're welcome to examine it as you would in a shop, including trying it on. Return postage is yours to pay, unless the piece is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it.
